The Abode living is a very chic experience. The premium location is the outstanding feature, right in the heart of Mosman village. Along with the premium finishes and well thought out design, it is a pleasure to come home every day.
The Balmoral is a wonderful building to live in, not only for its prime location (the very best in the Mosman) but the quality/standard/sound proofing of the building is of the highest quality. The water views of balmoral and out to North and South Head from my living room and bedroom are breathtaking. I am very happy here… it was the right decision.

After having purchased a one bedroom apartment from the developer some years ago, we decided that it was time to realise our ambition to move closer to our favourite (Manly) beach and settled on a beautiful two and a half bedroom apartment in the Balgowlah residences. From there we are literally around the corner from fabulous shopping, easy to access public transport and a lovely walk to the beautiful Manly Esplanade.
Upon moving in, and to the credit of the developer even minor items requiring attention have been addressed and rectified within the same or next day to our complete satisfaction.
The apartment itself is bright and sunny with ample garage space and storage, not to mention some cutting edge features and wonderful creature comforts such as air-conditioning / heated flooring and modern (leading brand) appliances.
We could not be happier with our lifestyle decision and having moved to the Balgowlah Residences feels like being on holidays at a lovely hotel.
The George is central and very quiet. Beautiful views to Balmoral, Manly and North Head. Just the right size property. Everything about The George is A1. Liz and I loved living there.

The George was bought off the plan and we have lived here for the past eleven years. It’s arguably the best development in Mosman, and we’re very happy with our decision to buy here. It’s spacious and has high ceilings and the beautiful finishes are second to none. The views are spectacular over to Manly and best of all, its facing North.

The George, many aspire to live there but only a few have the opportunity to do so. We were one of those lucky couples and lived there for 9 years.
We loved this iconic building. It’s within walking distance to Mosman Village, Balmoral Beach and the Georges Heights precinct also has public transport at the door.
From the street view the building looks more like an oversized mansion as it nestles into the beautiful landscape gardens and the surrounding properties. Due to zoning permitting only houses in this area, it was a big plus, and was recognised by the developer Bill Heaton who has achieved a marvellous iconic property.
The inclusions are all state of the art: Calacatta marble kitchens with an abundance of top of the range Meile appliances including an outdoor kitchen with barbeque, fridge, sink, storage etc. fabulous for entertaining.
Our alfresco terrace was so large and mostly undercover, with expansive sliding doors it allowed the lounge/dining areas to flow, we used this area all year round.
Facing North was definitely a plus the whole building was bathed in warm sunlight and very well protected from most winds.
Obviously, there are many considerations when developing a project such as “The George”, security and safety
of all future residents was considered highly as was the quality of the building and all inclusions.
If you purchase a property developed by The Heaton Group, it will meet all your expectations.
Nineteen & Adobe – were purchased over the years from the Heaton Group’s developments. Both apartments were bought off-the-plan and while bought as investments, I was lucky enough to live in each of the apartments. I thoroughly enjoyed my time living in the apartments and found they were well thought out in terms of space, with high end finishes and Miele appliances. The added bonus being the central location for both connectivity to transport, and in close vicinity to the areas local cafes and restaurants.
When I sold out of each project I exceeded my expected investment returns and this was really due to the quality of build as well as the benefits of the central location in each neighbourhood.
I would highly recommend any development by The Heaton Group and look forward to future dealings with them.
